# Caddy

> The web server with automatic HTTPS, from Caddy's official repository.

Caddy gets and renews TLS certificates on its own. Edit one Caddyfile with your domain and it serves your site over HTTPS, or proxies to an app on another port.

## Details

- Installs on: Ubuntu and Debian; AlmaLinux, Rocky Linux and Fedora
- Smallest plan: Budget (1 vCPU, 2 GB RAM)
- Public ports: 80/tcp, 443/tcp
- Project site: https://caddyserver.com/

## After the server is ready

1. Point your domain at the server.
2. Edit /etc/caddy/Caddyfile: replace `:80` with your domain.
3. Run `systemctl reload caddy`.

## Order it

Pick Caddy in the order form, or use `"app": "caddy"` in the API or `vps9 servers create --app caddy`. See [all one-click apps](https://vpsnine.com/apps) and [plans](https://vpsnine.com/plans).
